Enrolment is an administrative event, conducted in person or online, where, after checking the original copy of all your key documents, a Contract of Education is signed, whereby you officially become an active student of IBS.
Enrolment is ONLINE for all Vienna MSc students via Microsoft Teams.

The normal enrolment period is 5-30 January. It is strongly recommended that you enrol during this period. Late enrolments will be possible between 2-6 February.
Online enrolment is a recorded video chat where you have to present your original documents and sign the contract of education in front of the camera.
Please do not forget to bring with you to enrolment the original copy of all required documents and certificates, including the ones that you uploaded to your online application profile – you will not be able to enrol without presenting them on the spot.
You will have to get an appointment for your online enrolment date and time, so PLEASE WRITE TO info@ibsvienna.com and provide your full name, programme and 5-digit application ID number.
STUDY MODE
IBS will launch the MSc in International Management programme in Vienna from February 2026 with online classes only.
