Dr Martin Jost studied nature conservation, leading to experience in tourism and hospitality in South Africa and across Europe. Martin has more than a decade of experience in international hospitality, acquiring an MBA as an online student of the Open University in the UK. He was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) by Queen Margaret University in Scotland for a thesis on educational psychology entitled Transformational Learning and Study Change among Hospitality and Tourism Students. For the past twelve years, he has taught business management and supervised student research in Austria, Hungary and Switzerland.
